Your customer number is not printed on your photo card or driver's license. What you want to do is to ring up RTA to find out your customer number. They will ask you a few questions to validate your identity. Following is the list of questions for you to prepare:

+ Card Number

+ Your Full Name
+ Date Of Birth
+ Address: You have to give the same address as the one you used to apply for the one you have updated recently
+ Registry: Where did you apply for your photo card or driver's license
